Returns Policy.

Any Non personalised or customised items that arrive damaged due to handling in transit are eligible for a return with either a replacement item being sent out or a full refund, minus original postage cost.

Any returns made are at financial cost to the customer. If an item is undamaged but the customer still wishes a return it is the customers responsibility to ensure the item is well packed and arrives back to the seller in the same condition which it arrived, any damages or missing parts will be reflected in the amount that will be refunded.

Personalised or customised items are ordered and shipped with a no returns or refunds policy, once an item has been proofed by a designer and approved by a customer, all sales are final and it is the customers full responsibility to ensure all details on the provided proof are correct before proceeding with the order.
